Food systems

The body is made up of various systems namely the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous, endocrine, immune, integumentary, skeletal, muscle and reproductive systems, each more or less dependent upon the other. One of the major systems responsible for our well being is the digestive systems as we're dependent on it for our day to day energy needs. From the delicious bar of chocolate calling us to the disgusting looking salad on a menu that no one orders, things that we want to be compared to things that we need, the struggle is real to eat “right” our generation is so dependent upon the west to tell us what to eat, to drink, to live that we have forgotten how we were and what we were before the age of Instagram influencers, the so-called “Food Experts” and the YouTube Models that now we’re confused as to why we're getting unhealthy even when we have things like Quinoa, Oats and Muesli forgetting that what our forefathers used to have and yet they were perfectly healthy. Things like Ghee, Bajra, Ragi, Dal-Chawal perfectly healthy meals which satisfy our entire dietary requirement without adding onto the unhealthy bulk brought on by things like pizza and cheese all we need to do is go back a couple of years follow the diet of that time and see how we become healthy.
