Psychology Can Help Your Life For The Better

But life won’t spare you tough experiences even if you’re a psychologist

Psychology is one thing. Life is another thing. Just to get the clear picture.

If you want me to tell it in different words: the map is not the territory. Gregory Bateson (1) said it, not me, actually. But you will relate for sure.

Don’t feel overwhelmed by the matter. Life is hard enough for such an aim and I’ve already written a bunch of hardly understandable articles. I’ll keep it simple this time (it’s exactly the contrary, you may know by now I like to joke a bit).

About psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, and psychoanalysis

Psychology and its derivatives, alias psychotherapies, is helpful. No arguing on it, please.

You could have some doubts on people exercising psychology as a job. That’s a reality. Or be disgusted by some experimental assets created to determine scientific issues in psychology. I’m thinking about those poor monkeys, and rats, and dogs…

I agree with you.

Psychology, though, remains helpful, even if someone won’t recognize it as a science.
