Here is this week’s edition of writing prompts. Do you love reading? This week I’m interested to hear your thoughts on reading.

As a child, I lived in books when I didn’t roam the South African Bushveld with my dog Spot. We used to swim in the river and lie down under trees sunbathing.
Often I got a book and read while Spot was snoring. He did enjoy a good nap and his fantasies in doggyland dreams.
When reading, I imagined I was the hero in the story participating in the adventures. I lived and experienced wonderful lives through reading.
To me, books are magic that teleports me to wonderful places and spaces.
