It’s July — summer in the Northern Hemisphere and winter in the Southern Hemisphere. I grew up in South Africa and am still getting used to enjoying summer in July.
Summer is a great time to bring people together for gatherings or summer fun activities. Through connecting, we can share the power of community and the connections we share with others.
Every day holds tonnes of opportunities to explore our world. Nature is in full bloom with a tapestry of rich colours, sights, and smells. Yesterday, I went for a walk in the park and smelled the rich fragrance of magnolia trees in bloom. It was intoxicating.
I am planning to treat myself to more relaxing walks in nature this month as we are winding down at school for summer.
It is the perfect weather for barbeque parties, relaxation, and adventure. How are you planning to spend your summer?
