Artists spend a large percentage of their time promoting their work. Sometimes a familiar face or venue can mean more than we realize. It is the people who regularly attend the concerts in certain cities and at some venues who really make a difference to the performers.

Tyler Hilton returned to Martini Ranch after an absence of about 2 years. Many in the approximately 500 + audience were new fans, but all were very enthusiastic and appreciative. With the end of One Tree Hill and his new music, Tyler had much to talk about and perform for his audience. His set lasted for an hour and
was filled with jokes, stories, and song.

Colton Avery opened the show. Colton is a very talented local artist. Tyler’s tourmate Dion Roy followed Colton on stage. At first glance Dion appears shy and his remarkable talent is not immediately obvious. His lyrics are incredible and he is a joy to watch on stage. The audience was enthralled and Dion’s 30-minute set was not long enough for them. He promoted his newer songs as well as playing some of his older pieces. The fans were excited with the old and the new. It is a great show and you should plan on seeing it when it comes to your area.

I’ve put the interview with Tyler below along with some pictures taken during the show.
