We are advocating better ways of designing products/services for the users by being more empathetic and helping people solve their problems. Through this work we have come to value:

User NEEDS and WANTS over business rules and technical constraints

Solving REAL PROBLEMS over delivering assets and reports

Stakeholder COLLABORATION over requirements definition

Understanding the EXPERIENCE over analysing metrics

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.
