Oversubscription Private Rounds on A2DAO

Dear friends, as you know, the ATD token is deflationary in its nature, and we strongly support and consistently develop this.

In order to reduce the total supply of the tokens, in addition to IDOs and classic private rounds, some of the sales will be conducted using the new oversubscription model.

Here are the highlights of this model:

• Oversubscription private rounds are opened for all
• Allocations are guaranteed to all participants
• You have no contribution limits
• Your final allocation is directly proportional to your contribution — larger contributors will receive larger allocations
• All funds in excess of the total allocation will be refunded in proportion to the contribution of each participant
• Fundraising will take place in ATD tokens, Boosted ATD cannot be used for these rounds
• After the event, ATD tokens will be burned in the amount of total allocation

Examples:

The total project allocation is $100 000
You allocated $2000 in ATD

1. The total amount raised by all participants is $100 000 (100%)
   Your contribution is 2% of the total amount
   Then you receive a $2000 allocation in the project ($100 000 * 0.02)
   $100 000 in ATD will be burned after the event
2. The total amount raised by all participants is $200 000 (200%)
   Your contribution is 1% of the total amount
   Then you receive a $1000 allocation in the project ($100 000 * 0.01)
   $100 000 in ATD will be burned after the event
   $100 000 will be refunded to contributors
3. The total amount raised by all participants is $50 000 (50%)
   Your contribution is 4% of the total amount
   Then you receive a $2000 allocation in the project ($50 000 * 0.04)
   $50 000 in ATD will be burned after the event

We strongly believe that this model provides an excellent opportunity for anyone to get an allocation in a project of interest, regardless of the size of the deposit.

We also believe that conducting some sales using this model will have a positive impact on all token holders as the total ATD supply will continue to decline.
