Chroma for Hue (2014)

Chroma for Hue is a macOS controller I’ve built for controlling my Philips Hue Smart Lightbulbs. If you aren’t familiar with those: they’re lightbulbs you can control with your phone and can be set to any color.

Most who’ve used Chroma say it’s the best Philps Hue controller on any platform. Chroma for Hue has a distinct style, simple setup, elegant animations, and handpicked presets.

A primary window gives you control over your entire Hue setup, while a smaller menubar dropdown enables quickly changing settings on the fly.

Originally developed in Objective-C and designed in Photoshop for macOS 10.9, it got a visual and bugfix update during macOS 10.11.
