In contrast to other towns across the united kingdom, Aberdeen’s pass rate is considerably higher compared to the national average sitting in 60%. This is among the largest in the whole of the UK, as the average is 47.4%. Therefore, learning to drive in Aberdeen tends to be easier. The test centres in Aberdeen are Aberdeen North in Bridge of Don with a pass rate of 62.9% and Aberdeen South in Gateway Business Park that is lower at 57%, but still much higher compared to the national average.

The nearest test centres to Aberdeen are in Inverurie with 69.2%, Peterhead with 67.8% and Huntly with 62.7% have fantastic success rates, but are harder to get at and harder to get tests organized in.
