Aboat Entertainment is a blockchain-based online entertainment ecosystem that aims to disrupt the way content is monetized by creators and consumers.
Aboat Entertainment is building a media hub, combining the best of blockchain and online entertainment to unlock new earning and promotion opportunities for creators and their communities.
The Aboat Ecosystem will connect content creators and consumers on a common platform where they can buy, sell and monetize content for mutual profits. The platform offers numerous ways for creators to publicize and monetize their content, build and grow their communities, create and sell content through NFTs, and much more.
How Aboat Entertainment Works
The Aboat Entertainment Ecosystem has three major parts or goals — Monetization, Visibility & Onboarding.
It allows users to earn for creating or consuming content on its platforms in a gamified ecosystem where visibility is incentivized. Here’s how it works:
1. Monetization
The Aboat Entertainment ecosystem follows an engagement-based reward model, where both content creators and the community are rewarded fairly for their content/activity.
The major source of income for Creators is when their content is consumed or purchased by a user. Every time content is accessed, viewed or shared on the platform, the creator receives certain tokens in their wallet.
Other than that, Creators can sell shares of their content through tokenization. On the Aboat NFT marketplace, creators can convert their content into NFTs (non-fungible tokens) to sell parts of the content.
Other than that, creators can also create their own separate VIP rooms, called clubhouses, where they can connect with their fans and offer them exclusive content before anyone else. They can sell clubhouse memberships to fans through NFTs.
Consumers also get to monetize their activity on the Aboat Ecosystem. They earn rewards every time they consume content, watch videos, listen to music, share content & more. In addition, they can buy shares of the content of their favourite creators and/or can join the clubhouse by purchasing clubhouse NFTs (memberships) for exclusive access.
2. Visibility
The Aboat Ecosystem will use a number of advanced systems, such as Quest- and Ranksystem, to increase the visibility of creators and reward them for the same. For instance, the Ranksystem will assign ranks to creators based on their popularity and the quality of their content, which will help increase the visibility of the most deserving creators and help them earn more.
In this TalkAboat app, users are suggested content/tasks based on what’s trending in a particular category.
3 Onboarding
Lastly, the Aboat Ecosystem intends to make it super easy and convenient for people to onboard Web3 to benefit from its numerous features.
The ecosystem is available and accessible through a mobile app, called TalkAboat, which features an intuitive interface and easy options to claim rewards, search and consume content, learn crypto in a gamified and rewarding manner, and try advanced crypto features by creating a temporary custodial wallet without the need to sign up.
Users on the Aboat platform can claim their reward tokens without the need to have chain-native coins in their wallet, as the transaction fees will be deducted automatically from the withdrawn amount. The Quest-system enables users to learn crypto and app features in a gamified manner, which also rewards them for every activity.
