Q1 and Q2 2020 Founders’ Update
Hi there,
It has been an eventful first half of the year for the team and we are happy to share some exciting news, accomplishments and articles with you, our supporters, advisors and friends.
In addition to the public announcements below, we’ve been busily building a “NeoBank-in-a-box”. With biometric identity + accounts + ledger + eMoney, Everest looks a lot like a digital bank. We are currently engaged with leveraging that feature set to digitize a bank in SE Asia. And we are seeing an uptick in inquiries from banks due to Covid-19, as banks can no longer request users to come into branches with passports and supporting documents — Everest’s remote account creation is ideal for this market.
