Heading out on the open road: Building website content on Medium

I’m working on this web project right now and really interested in the idea of incorporating Medium as a storytelling platform. This is a strong, new tool for composing content and because of the seamless display, it makes consuming content really easy as well.

My experience reading on Medium is great, why not move the story content of a website there, just like moving quick announcements to Twitter?

So here I am thinking, let’s try this. Let’s make some rich stories about people’s goals and experiences with the topic of my website and put them out into the ether and have them circulate and really get the word out in a way that a post on some website may not necessarily do.

It’s a brave new world out there for web content.

What I want to know is, how do we create collections and get them on my website? Can multiple people be part of a collection of stories or is it just one person? Can I curate the story of my web topic? Can I embed this content in a meaningful way?

This is the beginning of a journey and I’m excited.
