Progress doesn’t come easily. It’s slow and painful.

There are no shortcuts.

No “30 days get x” solution.

What was working yesterday may not work today.

It’s crazy and unpredictable. You have to be willing to try and adapt.

You have to be willing to fail over and over again until you hit jackpot.

You will definitely hit many setbacks.

You must get back up.

Progress doesn’t rely on the status of others.

There will be times you look at other people and think:

“Why am I not there yet?”

Yet, you fail to realize that these people have simply been on the journey longer than you.

Don’t compare apples to oranges.

If social media has taught me anything, it’s that we can’t compare ourselves to others at different points of their life.

We also don’t know what they’ve gone through to get there.

Everyone’s timeline is different.
