India is a land of opportunities they say, and they’re not wrong. But that statement is just a beautiful motivational cover page of a book about the unexpected journey one is about to embark upon as a woman in India, coming from a middle-class family and so having no family connections in the world of business- trying to become an entrepreneur. Now THAT is where the never-ending roller-coaster ride begins!

Let us address some of the challenges I faced since the day I began my entrepreneurial journey, about 2 years ago…

The ‘Soft’ Issues

Before I dive into my story, I must state that the kind of personality you have plays a major role in your entrepreneurial journey. If you are too soft, you will have to learn to become a bit firm. If you are impatient, you will have to learn to become patient. Learning that complementary skill to your strength/weakness is extremely beneficial.

However, where, when and how to switch your personality is the one thing I struggled with the most, and honestly, I still have my days when I feel like an imposter.
