Hello, and thanks for taking a look at my page.

Though I started reading Medium in 2019, I didn’t start writing for it until June of 2021. But writing has made up the bulk of my professional experience.

I had a lot of fun, and enjoyed a lot of success, writing for network television comedies. Actors including Jason Bateman, Gerald McRaney, and Ed Asner said words I wrote. So did Jaleel White, aka the kid who played Urkel. You can see my credits on IMDb.

In 2011, at the age of 54, I went through a Gray Divorce. That inspired me to create the website DivorcedOver50.com. I write original pieces and curate articles, all aimed at advising and inspiring Baby Boomers going through divorce or thinking about it. (I lay claim to creating the name for those considering it, the “Di-Curious”).

I also put together a book of interviews, Gray Divorce Stories. In each chapter a different Over50 describes, in their own words, what happened in their marriages, what it was like to go through their divorces, and how they’ve worked through their recoveries.
