My name is Alec. I’m 26, as of writing this.
I’m originally from Kentucky, but moved to Colorado in September 2022. For work, I used to be an accountant, but now I’m in sales. Personally, I’m engaged in many things — one of them being my beautiful fiancée. :)
I started writing on Medium 6 years ago.
I write mostly to organize my thoughts… I’m also trying to make sense of this weird thing called “consciousness.”

As far as personality goes, I’m a very open, very cerebral person.
At my core, I’m kind of a nerd.
I’m quiet. I read a lot. I like to learn.
I’ve been this way for as long as I can remember.
According to this Big Five test, I scored uniquely high in Openness, the personality dimension most associated with creativity.
