About Me — Allison Noble

Nobody likes a perfect person, so get ready to love me.

Whenever I talk about myself I feel this immense pressure to be witty and clever. But, the truth is… is that if I do that, then I somehow feel like I’m covering up who I really am. So, allow me to introduce myself without boring you…and also being very honest and real with you.

First thing….I have a lot of anxiety. There you go. I just blurted it out and there it is. A lot of my time, is dedicated to counter acting it and learning how to calmly sit still in the uncomfortableness of it. Therefore, yoga, meditation and journal writing are a daily regiment of mine.

Second thing…I also spend a lot of time out in nature. I live in Arizona where the weather is amazing year round, (yes even during the summer) so I hike. I prefer to hike to remote places, where other humans can’t easily find me and I sit my ass down to mediate and/or drink a beer in nature. It’s my favorite activity to do. And, yes, I’ve had plenty of rattlesnake encounters…and no, I’ve never been bitten.

Being out in nature refreshes my soul and brings me back to what’s important in this world, which is life.

Being alive, learning to let go and then to go with the flow. When you sit really still and watch the world, you see that lessons are being taught to you all the time. You just…
