About Me — Amal Devasia
Storyteller at heart.
Hi, I’m Amal, a free thinker of sorts who takes inspiration from the world around me.
I’m from a small town in Kerala called Alakode, but currently based in Bangalore, India. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me scribbling ideas in my notebook. I prefer writing on paper first, enjoying the tactile experience before transferring my thoughts to the screen. It’s my way of immersing myself fully in the creative process.
Outside of writing, I love traveling, restaurant hopping, and interacting with people from different cultures. I find that every new place, dish, and conversation adds a fresh layer of perspective to my creative work.
On Medium, I plan to share my experiences and insights on content creation, storytelling, and the ever-evolving media landscape. I’m also excited to explore personal essays, reflections on creativity, and the occasional musings on life’s little ironies.
