Who I Am

I’m a lot of things: a writer, a friend, a graduate student, a passionate woman, a mental health advocate.

I’m 26 years old. I’m a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I’m a clinical mental health counseling student at North Carolina Central University.

I care about other people. I’m continuing to work on caring for myself. I value empathy, thoughtfulness, and intersectionality. I value love, humor, and kindness.

I aim to motivate others to be their best. I aim to be my best.

Where it started
