Belinda is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of www.WomanBeeWell.com, a blog to support women by providing plant-based nutrition and mindset guidance. Her goal is to help women discover their unique version of wellness. Whether that includes fruit-infused water, adaptogen drinks, or a glass of wine… that’s up to the woman!

She has always had a deep desire to help people find confidence and discover their best selves. She loves learning about anything related to Women’s Wellness, particularly the connection between mind, body, spirit, and FOOD! (who doesn’t love food?!)

Her Personal Transformation Story

Belinda’s desire to help other women kicked into high gear after 3 major events happened in her life:

  1. At age 30, exhaustion and frustration plagued her ALL THE TIME. She found it impossible to lose weight, despite her best efforts. She also couldn’t lower her dangerous cholesterol levels, despite dropping all red meat, pork, and poultry from her diet. In fact, after 12 weeks of going meatless, her cholesterol levels had RISEN! Yet she was determined to avoid depending on prescription…
