Welcome to my profile page! I was born in Hamburg in 1973, studied business administration. I currently live near Frankfurt, and work as a freelancer.
Work
I am interested in many different topics, and this is reflected in my work.
🎯 As an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, I support companies, teams, and product owners to achieve better results. I have been working in software development since 2000.
In the last six years, I have been particularly involved in introducing agility (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), agile coaching, agile requirements management (user stories, product backlog, prioritization, stakeholder management), and training.
As a SAFe Program Consultant, I support clients in scaling agile.
📝 As a Writer, I write about whatever is currently on my mind: Self Improvement, Scrum, Agile, Consulting, Freelancing.
