Hey there 👋🏾
My name is Chris Davis. I am a husband, a son, and a brother, hailing from the best city in the whole wide world, Chicago.
I perform stand-up comedy and have graced the stages of renowned comedy clubs like The Laugh Factory, Zanies, and The Improv. I’ve also performed in dozens of comedy clubs and comedy festivals. One of my career highlights though, was showcasing for D.L. Hughley at the Chicago Improv — it was so dope.
As of July 2024, I am a copywriter for a L.A. based advertising agency called Walton Isaacson. I’ve written for dozens of iconic brands such as Google, Verizon, Wendy’s, and Lexus. My copywriting has earned me a few awards, and I’ve even had the chance to work with T-Pain, twice!
Writing aside, I also love a good bowl of ramen, and I destress by hitting the sticks and playing video games. Mortal Kombat, Tekken, and Street Fighter are my jams. I’ll drop my gamer tags below in case anyone wants the smoke. 😉
I use Medium to write comedic essays and anything else I feel like talking about. Fair warning though, my content is mostly long-form, but I always prioritize quality over quantity.
