I’ve evolved in the several years since originally writing my “About Me” piece, and I kind of wish I had the original so I could compare. I’ve met a lot of awesome writers and editors here, and have learned a thing or two about writing.

I dabble less in humor now and more in serious introspection, sobriety, mental health stuff, etc., but I don’t want to be a self-help person. I’m really just telling my story through personal narrative, so it’s not self-help. Unless it helps you. Then bully for both of us.

My name really is Christopher Robin. My mother tells me I was named after two uncles — Chris and Robin. But I was born in the late 70s, so who’s bullshitting who, Mom?

I write introspection, humor, satire, creative nonfiction, weirdness, sadness, shame, depression, mania, confusion, sobriety, parenting, aging, relationships, pool parties, hiking, stationery, cats, meditation, home repair. That’s about it.
