About Me —Constance Williams
A simple person with a complex life.
Hello there. I hope you enjoy reading my story. It hasn’t been easy for me to get to the point of writing “About Me.” At my core, I am shy. I have mostly cured myself of my shyness by working in various positions that require me to communicate with people at all levels on the organization chart.
I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, then raised in Baton Rouge. I have achieved my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Marketing and Advertising, Bachelor of Science, and my Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Project Management. I have started and completed the academic portion of my Doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Development. I have also completed my Securities and Insurance licenses. My career has taken me to many places in the US and Europe, and Mexico.
My career has been expansive. I have worked as a Quality Control Supervisor, Human Resources Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager, Operations Specialist, and Financial Specialist.
