About Me — Despina Manendi

Hello everyone!

One of the first things to do when I visit a site, or a profile here on Medium, is to check the about page. I want to learn a little more about the writer and see if I can resonate to some point. For this, I decided to write an about me post, even though it felt bizarre.

So, here’s a bit more about me.

I am Despina, I live in Greece, and I’m a dog mama for the last 5 years, which has changed lots of things in my life.

Not too long ago, I “raised sails” for entrepreneurship. Though it seems windy out there, it’s also creative and full of new learnings. And it will be a long journey. I teach, share, and write what I’ve done and learned.

I joined medium as I wanted to read more articles and expand my knowledge. Later on, I thought here is my chance to write, communicate, and express myself widely. A plus outcome would be the chance to gain some extra money, in fact, it would be brilliant!

Currently

I have a day job as an administrator at an IT company. It’s a job that brings money to the table every month. Fortunately, I have been working from home, which is beneficial as it allows me to build my own dream business and schedule my program accordingly.
