Where do I come from?
Where do I come from?
Born and raised (mostly) in a smaller town in Northern California (I say mostly because I really don’t think we’re “done” being raised at the age of 18). Shortly after becoming an “adult” and graduating from high school, my family and I moved out to sunny Southern California.
Where do I go?
After dealing with the growing pains of leaving everyone and everything I ever knew, I quickly realized I had no real direction. I wasn’t planning on moving. Frankly, my whole plan was to go to beauty school, do the same 30 people’s hair, have kids, and die. Doing hair in a small town in NorCal is a whole lot different than doing hair in SoCal. Spoiler Alert: I did end up going to hair school in a panic because I didn’t know what else to do. It didn’t end well and I never wound up pursuing hair.
What do I do?
That’s a great question! I’ve been asking myself the same thing for the last 9 years. The answer is never easy. I do a lot. Since I decided to not do hair I have tried . . .
