I am She, the Woman, guided by optimism, spirituality, and self-respect — a fighter who never gives up and faces challenges head-on. My strength is balanced by my deep compassion for everyone around me, believing in the power of kindness and perseverance.

As a child, I accompanied my father in his various activities in his social work and the experience deeply shaped my values. I’ve continued this mission throughout my life and remain dedicated to improving the well-being and development of the underprivileged in North East India.

I am the Managing trustee of Dream Weaver Foundation, India which is a Trust based in Assam with primary focus on Manipur and Assam.

My journey began working at the grassroots level alongside my father as an Assistant Secretary to KSDO, an NGO which my father co-founded with his colleagues.

In 1995, I partnered with the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, New Delhi to sponsor the education of Child victims of terrorism. My role involved monitoring the children’s progress and offering mental support to their traumatized families ensuring their well-being and recovery.
