Hello everyone!
Has it ever happened to you that you have started your journey aiming for somewhere and ended up somewhere totally different, albeit better than before? Do you ascribe the feeling of being ‘better’ to The Destiny or The Shift in Perspective?
When I started my medical journey, I thought all I had to do was master the medical knowledge, cultivate the required skills, and apply what I’ve learned to the best of my ability, to be a better clinician and for the betterment of society.
But as the journey unfolded and my diverse interests sprouted, it completely changed my outlook toward how these elements intertwine, driving my passion for healthcare and personal well-being.
The Medical Journey: Learning and Growth
From the very first lecture on human anatomy to the intensive clinical rotations, every step was a new lesson in resilience, adaptability, and critical thinking.
One of the most significant lessons I learned was the value of evidence-based medicine.
