About Me

Hey there reader, I’m Ellie, but you probably already knew that, because I’m posting in here and my title is my name, sorry for repeating that, I know you’re not stupid.

I was born and raised in regional Queensland, Australia, and I still live here to this day, it’s an interesting climate to say the least, hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. I live in a shed that acts as my room so I don’t have to share with my brother. We live 30km from any town with a shop, so we’re quite isolated compared to a lot of people who might be reading this, if you’re like me, give me a high five in the comments!

How did I start writing?

I’ve been telling stories my entire life, in fact, my first memories are of playing Lego with my parents, and telling them the intricate and complex plot-lines I had come up with to fill the boredom in my youth (Proudly not an Ipad kid). When I was just entering High School, I found a visual studio extension that could translate code into screenplays, so I started writing them, in all my free time (And all through my classes), I got so into it, in fact, that I almost wrote 3 feature-length films, but got bored of them all at the last minute (You’ll find that’s a…
