About Me — Hadassah Duoduwa
I help you crush your victim mindset
Hi *insert first name here*, thanks for choosing this article.
After a few detours, I'm back on this platform. Since it's a fresh start, I figured I'd do a little intro. So…here goes. My name is Hada, and I'm a writer.
I've always been a writer for as long as I can remember. I always express myself better in writing, and I find I understand things better when I write them down than when I say them. I think what I lose in public speaking, I gain in writing.
My story
I grew up an introverted kid. I had a few friends, did everything by myself, and never bothered with things that had nothing to do with me.
Then I changed schools. I thought I'd fade into the background as I did in my previous school, but that wasn't the case.
I fell into the hands of school bullies, and the abuse (both physical and mental), humiliation, and embarrassment continued until college.
I suffered silently through periodic bouts of anxiety, depression, and binge eating.
As if that was not enough, I witnessed my dad being violent and abusive towards my mum at such a young age.
