About me — How I Start ACCA as a Pre-Med Student
Changing field during studies and its impact
As you may know, from my About Me story, please read it first.
I am Zaryab Khan from Peshawar, Pakistan — the city of Flowers. I am currently an ACCA(Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Part-qualified student. I did my college as a Pre-Medical student want to be a doctor in life. But not everything works in our life so be patient. After intermediate, I set for the medical entrance exam but it didn't work. I took a gap year and set again but the result same- didn't qualify.
This demotivated me, it was like everything had come to an end. It feels like all my hard work doesn't pay. I feel like a loser. Everyone looks and says it's solely your fault, you didn't study well. Which hurt a lot.
After that, I got a call for admission to B.Sc Anesthesia but I didn't show up. Then a friend of mine introduced me to the Chartered Accountancy field about which I do not know it all. It was all a different field. I haven't studied commerce all my life which was a big challenge for me. Then finally I got admission to ACCA which fascinated me about the field and its scope.
