Hi there.
My name is Jacob Laguerre.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I was born on October 20, 1991, at 5:33 pm.
At least, that’s what it said on my birth certificate.
I’m the son of immigrants. My mom is from Mauritius and my dad is from Haiti.
My dad came to the United States when he was 5 so he grew up here for all intents and purposes.
Funny story, my mom and my dad got married in exactly 24 days. They met on January 1st and got married on the 25th.
I’m the middle child of my family, I have one older brother and one younger brother.
My older brother and I are 1 year apart.
He was born in 1990.
My little brother was born in ’98.
I lived in Queens, New York in the same house for most of my life.
My elementary school was about 2 blocks from where I lived, which was convenient.
I was there from kindergarten all the way to 6th grade.
It kinda amazes me that I spent 7 years of my life inside of that one building.
