After reading this word, you might have guessed where I am from.
Yes! You are right. I am from Amritsar, a beautiful city in India and home to the Golden Temple.
Like most writers, I did not start writing from an early age. In fact, at that time, if someone had told me that I will be a writer in the future, I would have laughed out loud. It is because I used to think that it is a profession of serious and introverted people. And I was just the opposite! However, with time, I realized that even extroverts hide a whole world of emotions behind their usual outgoing nature!
If not at an early age, then when?
You might be surprised reading this, but I began writing because of my interest in politics. (I shared this story on my LinkedIn also). I had just given my senior secondary examination in 2014 and was rejoicing at the three-month vacation time when Indian politics started grabbing my attention. Moreover, it was the time of 2014 Lok Sabha elections in India, and social media was full of news about it.
