Hello! I am a data science leader and business coach who helps individuals and small businesses grow in the new world of AI so that they can be successful and joyful.
Enabling Businesses and Industry
I have over 27 years of experience in the industry, applying data to enable businesses to be more effective in helping customers. As a graduate of UCLA and Stanford, I’ve received numerous awards for work in the field, and have been a frequent speaker at industry events. I’ve led data science teams to grow multiple monetization businesses at LinkedIn for 12 years, where I was recognized with both a Leadership Award and a Motivational Champion Award.
Enabling the Community
I am a mentor to university students and have taught an industry seminar at the UCLA Anderson School of Management for 5 years. In addition, I’ve been an active community service leader, having led our local Toastmasters and Cub Scouts groups. I also lead a team of volunteer career coaches at a non-profit to help job seekers.
Enabling Professionals and Startups
I also have a long history of mentoring many professionals and startup businesses in the industry. At Stanford University, my team won first place for our entrepreneurship business plan.
