Intro.

I’ve been avoiding my About Me Story for months because I keep feeling this gnawing need to make it perfect, whatever the hell that means in relation to a story about oneself.

But perfection is boring. Messy is in, right? That’s what I’m telling myself.

Here goes!

Current events.

I joined Medium months ago when I suddenly realized that copywriting sounded like the perfect job that I could do remotely while traveling and it was recommended to me that I get a few pieces published in order to have something to show future clients.

The portfolio for which these published pieces were intended still doesn’t exist and the move towards copywriting has come to a screeching halt. Because I may or may not have become obsessed with Medium a little bit.

And, for now, I’m pretty content with writing whatever the hell I want and making peanuts to do so.

I’m currently working full time as the Office Manager of a chiropractor’s office and my daughter is in her senior year of high school. Eventually, I’ll need to make more money writing in order to fulfill my dream of living a nomadic existence and exploring anywhere and everywhere.
