Hello! I am Khan Jariff, and I have always been the kind of guy who likes creating, whether that is coding some new project, writing whatever comes to mind in a journal, or getting lost in a good book. When I am not knee-deep in lines of code, I’m probably somewhere jotting down my thoughts for my blogs or contemplating ways to make my imagination grow more into reality. Creativity isn’t a hobby; it is how I understand the world around me. Here are some stories that might sound weird for you, but they really shaped the way for how I am here now:

1. The Day I Wrote My First Line of Code

I still remember the first time I wrote a line of code. I must have been about 11 years old, sitting at my desk, staring at the screen, trying to make sense of it all-the letters, symbols. It was like trying to learn a whole new language, one that initially seemed impossible to crack. After all the trial and error, I finally had this simple webpage up on my screen. Of course, it was just about nothing-just a simple page with my name on it-but it felt just magical. That moment sparked something inside me, and suddenly, I realized that once you can code, you are kind of creating an entirely new world out of scratch. I have been hooked ever since.

I lost that file so I cant share it with yall.

2. How My Parents Pushed Me to Keep Going

There is one time when, for a school project, I had to build a website from scratch, and nothing worked. After hours of debugging, I wanted to give up, but my parents sensed my frustration and sat me down. My father once related a story of how, working, he would often be confronted with a difficult situation at work and how paying off was always the eventual outcome of stubborn persistence. It may sound short, but that conversation really changed my mindset; I went back into the project afresh and eventually got everything working. That lesson on perseverance stuck with me ever since.

3. The First Time I Published a Blog Post

The moment I published my first blog post on Mindfulness, I was terrified. What if nobody read it? What if people find it boring and pointless? I almost didn’t hit “publish.” I did, and the response was more than I could have imagined. Then, friends started calling to tell me they loved it; people that I didn’t even know began to share. That experience taught me that sometimes the scariest steps are the most rewarding ones. Since then, blogging has been my way of sharing my thoughts and feelings, my way of connecting with other people, and a significant way for me to express myself.

The blog can be found on my profile.

My Journey So Far

I fell in love with coding the very first time I came across a tutorial on programming. Voilà! Over time, My dad got me enrolled into a coding institution and I started diving deeper with Python, HTML, CSS, and finally JavaScript-which later got me into building personal projects and further got me to build my portfolio website. It has not all been smooth sailing, but each challenge has brought new learning about myself. Moreover, I’m pursuing the Robotics and IOT course which is going to be almost over with October 2024 and then there will be a course on Artificial Intelligence from the same institution.

Furthermore, I have been also enrolled in a course on 2023 which is still going. From there I learnt a lot about writing and from there I actually knew about my potential in writing and I actually became keen about it.

Blogging was initially a fun, effortless way for me to state my thoughts and feelings; in no time, it then blossomed into an actual passion. So today, I write blogs on a lot of topics, I also indulge in my love of books through reviews and discussions of literature . I am not that old of a writer, just started it few last month and I already feel attached to it. I just cant stop thinking about what to post next. These articles empower me with a certainty of getting to know about like-minded people that genuinely mean something.

And, I am also writing a book called “Chronicles Of The Red Key”, it is a fictional story and I am really excited to publish it!

What Inspires Me

My parent have been my embodiment of motivation from the start to finish. No matter how hard my dreams are, they have been my biggest support, helping me to follow my passions and dreams. Their belief in me is what keeps me going when things get hard. Of course, I also find boundless inspiration in books, opening up new worlds and ideas, and those moments of mindfulness that remind me to stay grounded and focus on the present.

Seeing a comment and some claps from people online also inspires the heck out of me. I mean, what else does a writer need than these?

A Day in My Life

My days are pretty packed; as I like being busy, I start my day with some focused coding or writing. Academic studies take a big part in my everyday routine. During the day, I have to attend school, and later in the afternoon, I also joined online courses because I want to keep on improving myself and learning. Be it working on some new coding language or going deep inside the topics of my interest, I am always looking forward to acquiring more knowledge. Evenings are kept for relaxation-maybe a good book. I mostly study my academics in the night.

I also try to squeeze in some cricket with friends in the late afternoon; for me, that’s a great way to unwind and keep active. It is a pretty packed day, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

What’s Next for Me?

I am always looking toward the future. Beyond my projects and blogs, a big goal lies ahead: getting into a top university. like Harvard, Cambridge or MIT go to the top of my list. I know this is a tough journey, but with hard work and dedication, I’m ready for the challenge.

Sharpen your ax, read as much as possible, and be out of your comfort zone.

Fun Facts About Me

I am obsessed with aesthetic lighting; it feels cozy and rightly fits reading.
I enjoy writing short poems, mainly when they contain so much emotion within a few lines.
I enjoy cricket with friends-the very way I keep myself fit as well as clear my mind.
I have always been fascinated by astronomy.
