About Me
Hi, I’m Loes. It’s pronounced ‘Luce’. I live in the Netherlands and yes, I eat cheese daily. I work full-time as a Software Engineer. I love anything related to space and it’s the field in which I want to work after my studies. Oh and I love dogs, especially mine.
In my free time, I like to keep myself busy with writing, working out, and looking through my telescope on a cloudless night. After a long day, I like to wind down with a good book, tv series, movie (horror, preferably), or podcast and a big cup of tea.
My Medium Journey
I started writing on Medium in 2020 when I was experimenting with new hobbies during quarantine. After a few published stories, I spent most of my time on university, work, and my personal life. But since February 2022 I have (made) more time to write so here I am again, but this time with a formal introduction.
I write about anything I find interesting. I find it hard to fit myself into one niche because I have many different interests and I do not like to be restricted in my writing experience. For those who do prefer labels: If you look at my recently published posts, most of them are tagged with technology, life(style), or creativity. Make of it what you will.
