About Me — Louis Hart
What about me is there to tell? Not really much, so I’ll keep this brief so as not to put us to sleep.
I was born in Houston, Texas during the year of 1939. After graduating from public school I entered the field of professional photography and eventually became a full time darkroom technician.
In the 1960s I moved to north central Texas and accepted a job with one of the largest custom photographic labs in the United States and remained there until I retired.
My wife and I returned to Houston to help my mother in the last years of her life. After her passing we packed up and moved to Lake Tahoe. Although my wife died in 2018 I am still here, writing up a storm.
Oh yeah, about my writing.
Well, when I was in high school my English teacher once told me she didn’t know what I would do in life but she was certain I would never be a writer. I totally agreed with her — and so here I am, a writer. Go figure.
What do I write about? Whatever comes to mind when I sit down at the computer. My favorite is fantasy. Preferably light hearted fantasy.
Enough of this. Let’s go have a cup of coffee or tea.
