About Me — Mara
A vessel for enjoying life in all art forms I find exciting
Each day is a unique chance to get excited by something new about life: a new idea taking shape inside my mind, my baby’s tiny, adorable dimple that flowers when he’s smiling, or even noticing that the sun is setting at a slightly different angle than it did yesterday.
First of all, I am an observer, and have been one my whole life. Whether it’s people, nature, or art, observing gives me the fascination and enthusiasm necessary to create things I become passionate about: wellness, psychology, writing, photography, or even just creating conversations and moments worth sharing.
Originally from Cluj-Napoca, one of Romania’s largest cities, my husband and I decided to buy a cabin and move to a mountain village in Transylvania, in the Carpathian Mountains. We both fell in love with the landscapes, the sunsets, the air, and, most of all, with the freedom that comes with living a life in nature. We are currently sharing this beautiful life with four fluffy cats, one silly dog, and the latest addition to our family, our son, David, who has blessed us by being born in the spring, when all nature came back to life.
