About Me — Marco Damm
Hi, I thought it would make sense for me to introduce myself here.
I can’t really tell you much here, but I’ll try to describe my life so far.
I grew up with my parents in a small village with 120 inhabitants. Yes, I know that sounds a bit harsh at first. We had more cows and horses in the village than we had inhabitants. It was pretty cool when I was young, you had a lot of freedom and could always experience something new. Later in life, in my youth, it was of course totally boring because the average age there was probably around 50.
When I was 13, I got my first computer, or rather my parents’ old computer, which easily took 10 minutes to boot up. I discovered IT for myself with this computer. I started developing websites and later even some bash scripts to annoy my parents on their computers. I have to admit, it was really funny. But at some point it got boring and I started looking for something else that I enjoyed.
My digital creative start
When I was about 14, I started to get to know Cinema 4D through our neighbour.
