About Me — Mateo Balderas

Hello, My name is Mateo Balderas, and I am originally from the USA. I have always been someone who takes risks, whether it’s moving across the country for college or moving across the world to a place I knew nothing about, just because…why not? I’ll touch on that more in future writing.
I like to keep things simple in some regards because I know life requires one to be dynamic in everyday situations. I have never really written an introduction about myself but I would like to start branching out. I always feel like I have a million things to say but no one to talk with.
Well, I grew up in a small town in Mississippi. It's a really beautiful place where tech has yet to really make its mark on society. I was primarily raised by my grandma, but my mom was a part of my life in the beginning. She always did her best, and in that regard, I will always be grateful because her absence isn’t primarily her fault.
As for my dad, I will say that he is nonexistent and in some ways, I will say it hurts to think that my dad will never want to know me. I mean I am his son, why can’t he love me? Can’t he see that…
