Bio

This has always been a challenging question for me. Who is Megan? I struggle because who I was is why I am who I am today. I do think I am pretty funny and love laughing at my own jokes.

There are two different people I always think about. Megan PRE 20s and Megan currently. I live life to the fullest, love my family and realize that tomorrow is never a guarantee. I have no shame in who I am and believe in the best in all people until they prove me wrong. I love helping others and giving back.

I grew up in Northern California in a tiny town, Graton. Population 1,877 (2018). We lived close to larger towns so it never felt like I was living in a tiny town. My parents divorced when I was 1 and later got back together when I was 10. They both remarried during the separation and I had stepparents for a short time.

We moved to Utah when I was 10 to start over. I think both of my parents wanted to leave the baggage behind in California and thought Utah would bring a fresh start. My mother’s family lived in Utah, and we really didn’t see them much so it felt exciting.

I would learn that there was a reason my mother didn’t live close to her family, they’re nuts. Literally insane. They…
