Who Am I?
Hi! I’m Mouez Yazidi, a Data Scientist and NLP Engineer from Tunis, Tunisia. I build AI systems that understand human language — like chatbots that grasp conversations or tools that help to solve real world problems.
In my free time, I explore generative AI and how it can shape different industries.
I’m not just focused on code — I bring technology and people together, turning data into stories and making algorithms solve real-world problems.
My Journey
Six years ago, I was a student studying Business Intelligence, fascinated by how data drives decisions. I loved working with numbers but wanted to find deeper, real-world insights. So, I pursued a Master’s in Digital Entrepreneurship in Data Science, combining technical skills with business creativity.
Early on, I had a big decision to make: stay in traditional BI or explore the exciting world of AI. My curiosity made the switch feel natural — I wanted to understand how machines could think and learn. Even though it meant picking up Python after years of SQL and diving into complex AI models that felt like intricate puzzles, the challenge was thrilling.
