About Me — Naomi Boshari
I definitely do not have it all figured out, but I feel like I’m on a path that is aligned with my values and the life I want to live.
“Who Am I?” in a Nutshell
I’ve always been a writer. In high school, my yearbook quote was, “Someday, somebody’s going to be quoting me.”
I know, a bit cringe-y. But now, nearly ten years later, it’s pretty cool to say that quote has kind of actually come true.
Up until just this summer, I was an editor and regular contributor for an online magazine. Now, I’m a freelance writer and editor while doing a master’s in Creative and Critical Writing in London, UK. I’m Canadian born and raised but I’ve always felt called to this part of the world.
Before London, I lived in Dublin, Ireland for two years. Even though I’m not Irish, Ireland had always been a childhood dream of mine. I just love the music, the culture, the people, the “craic,” and the landscape. But I only got about six months there before the pandemic hit and everything went into lockdown.
