From stockbroker to healer, medium, podcast host and author of a channelled book…
The journey of my life has been turbulent and calm, joyous and heartbreaking, powerful and disempowering. It has taken me to the edge and back, many times, in many ways. I have betrayed myself over and over and over again as I lived from a place of lack and disempowerment. As I fought gallantly to hold onto my lack of self-worth, self-value and self-love by drowning out my cries for help with alcohol and drugs. As I tried to find love in the arms of another, only to find that they too were searching for that love in my arms and therefore could not give me what I needed in the same way that I could not give them what they needed.
I have drowned in a sea of negativity, loss, heartache, ill health and stress. I have given myself over to a system that seeks to control, manipulate, divide and conquer. That sought to take my soul and very nearly succeeded. A system that fed on my insecurities and enhanced my fears. That left me battered and bruised, tattered and torn, lost in my journey and stuck in my head. That saw me give myself willingly to anyone who showed me even the smallest amount of love or attention as I was unable to give that love or attention to myself.
For who was I? Unworthy and incapable of love. Disgraced and shamed, bullied and battered. Drowning in an endless sea of disempowered thoughts and illusions. Leaving myself open for attack as I believed that I was worthy of nothing more. Allowing my boundaries to be railroaded because my value, my worth was diminished and torn. Allowing myself to be used because this is the only value that I gave to myself.
But who am I now? Worthy and whole. Beautiful and joyous. Powerful and loved. Knowing myself fully and working to release all of the shame, guilt, fear and disempowerment that once wracked my bones and engulfed my dreams. That sought to take me under, to take me to the edge, but whose beautiful gift took me to breaking point then allowed the phoenix to rise from the ashes of my own destruction. That allowed me to see myself fully, in all of my glory and all of my beauty. In all of my truth and all of my wisdom. For who I am now is love, in all of its power, as I gently shine that love at the crux of humanity to allow humanity to see that it too can set itself free.
Once a stockbroker, encased in greed and fear, I became so sick and depressed that I could no longer walk the path that society deemed. Turning my back on all that I knew, I left the hectic storm of Hong Kong, the place that had housed my insecurities for the previous four and a half years, and embarked on a new adventure — the adventure of my soul.
This, of course, is a journey that never ends as we duck and dive, scrimp and thrive, journeying, journeying, forever searching, forever learning, remembering who we are and from whence we came.
But once we start this journey, the key to unlock all that we are and all that we can be is presented to us as we climb the mountain of our dreams. As we face our demons and face ourselves we are rewarded with the magic of our own soul, our own gifts, our own talents. We are rewarded with the love that is unlocked within us with such might that we find the power within us for the demons to fight.
When we connect with who we truly are and our passions ignite, we find the strength to be who we were born to be and follow the path that our soul alights instead of the one that society has trapped us in.
My path, the one that I found when the phoenix rose from the ashes of my own destruction, has led me to be of service to spirit, and in so doing, to also be of service to humanity.
My role here is to help humanity to see all that it can be, if only we could see all of the lies that we have been told to keep us from stepping into the true power of who we are.
My work comes in many shapes and many forms. I am the host of a podcast called ‘The Spirit of Life in Ibiza’ which seeks to challenge the current constraints of society in a bid to set humanity free.
Series two of this podcast was recorded during lockdown and looks at the truth about what is really going on right now, from the higher perspective of spirit, whilst being guided to go back ‘down the rabbit hole’.
I am the author of the channelled book ‘The Spirit of Life’. This book was channelled five years ago for this very time in history. Spirit would not allow me to publish this book until 2019 and when I re-read it during lockdown, I understood the divine delay.
This book seeks to help navigate people through these unprecedented times by reconnecting them back to their heart space and reuniting them with their natural gifts, talents and passions. Through this process we start to naturally heal ourselves and are then able to shine our light of love out on a world that so desperately needs the love to shine.
If you have an understanding of what is really going on right now, through both the energies of the dark and light dancing with each other all in line with the divine, you will be able to see the predictive nature of this book as it talks about the changes that are coming to our planet as we move into a higher state of consciousness and love.

I am a healer, a medium and an intuitive life guidance coach, helping individuals to reconnect to the true essence of who they are by guiding them through their blocks and helping them to see what they often already know through the eyes of clarity and understanding.
My purpose here is to serve. To serve humanity as it goes through this shift, as it reaches its breaking point, only to be the phoenix that rises from the ashes of society’s destruction, as we rebuild from a place of love, peace, harmony and oneness. As we create the whole new world that we now have the opportunity to collectively create. As we change the world by changing ourselves. As we free the world by freeing ourselves. For when we see the truth, the truth will set us free, but will also send us into chaos and destruction, disharmony and grief. It will leave us feeling battered and bruised, tattered and torn, drowning in our own disbelief and sadness for who we have become.
But I, like many others, have already been on this journey. We have been activated and initiated early to help all of those who now fall to see how to stand tall. We are here to light the way with the love that we have now found in our own hearts through the tumultuous journey that we have already been on. We are here to show the way in whatever way we can, through activating our own gifts, passions and talents. We are here to help others to activate their own natural gifts and passions so that they too can show the way, once they have connected to their own place of love. We are here to play our roles in helping to set humanity free, as we activate others to play their roles to do the same. We are here to show humanity that we are all one.
And when we find the power, through this oneness, we will recognise that we rise as one, through love and through compassion, through joy and through pain, through doubt and misunderstanding. For all of these things are gifts along our way, to bring us back to a place of love, a place of wholeness. For without hate there can be no love, without fear there can be no empowerment and without division there can be no unity. But now is the time for the phoenix to rise in each and every one of us as we find our way out of the darkness and into the light.
My role here is to be that light, to shine my light on the darkness as I help others to do the same. To stand in my power as I help to empower others. My role here is to shine as I help others to shine too. To love as I help others to remember how to love their selves fully. To hold the hand of humanity as humanity learns to hold the hands of its brothers. To live in love and live in peace so that I can inspire others to find that peace within themselves. To light the way even when the way seems dark. To hold people up when they no longer have the strength to stand. To show people love even when they feel that love does not exist within them.
My role here is to restore harmony to our lands and peace in our hearts. My role here is to inspire you to do the same. When we work as one, we rise as one. We empower ourselves to rise above all that society has made us become. We empower ourselves to be all that we can be. We empower ourselves to be free…
