Norwegian poet that might unintentionally rhyme a bit in this introduction!
“Who are you?” To be honest I really dislike that question, as I don’t know what to answer. Who I am is so multifaceted and different based on who you ask and how safe I feel. Even harder is it to answer that question as I daily struggle with feeling steady in any sense of self.
Who is Ocean S, other than an apparent pen name? Who am I going to be in your life and will you find value in what I’ll be writing?
I don’t know, but I’ll never find out if I don’t give it a try!
PS: Rhymes will not be intended, but as a poet at heart, I can’t promise it won’t happen during this introduction;)
Into the basics we go; I’m a Norwegian woman, in my mid-twenties and as Scandinavian-looking as you get! I’m an older sister to the most amazing little sisters on the planet — a bit biased I might be, but if you were to meet them I’m sure you’d agree. I’ve always loved writing, but during my childhood years, it became a life-saving measure and the ultimate way for me to process my thoughts and feelings. Since then you’ll always find me with a pen and some paper, daydreaming on how to share my next story, painted into metaphors and rhymes through prose and poetry.
