Right, now that’s done…

Hi. I’m Patsy Collins aka the travelling writer. I got that nickname as I spend a lot of my time making things up and writing them down whilst traveling in a campervan with my husband, Gary Davies, who is a photographer. Of course I do sometimes work from my home, which is in Lee-on-the-Solent, on England’s south coast.

When at home I like to tend my garden and bake cakes. Whilst travelling, as well as working, we visit castles, climb mountains (little ones with paths!) watch sunsets and eat cakes.

I grew up on a small farm, which might be part of the reason my first published novel, Escape To The Country, is set on a small farm. One of the characters, a beautiful Jersey cow called Rosemary, is based on a real cow I used to milk. All the other characters, no matter how many legs they have, came from my imagination. This book is available as an ebook, audiobook and paperback.
