I never imagined myself as a writer. If you had asked me a few years ago who I was, I would have told you I was a corporate professional navigating the daily grind.

I was, and still am, chasing deadlines, attending meetings, and managing different responsibilities just like everyone else.

With a 9–5 job, my life revolved around work, with little time or energy left for anything else. And for the longest time, I thought that was just how life was supposed to be.

Writing was never a part of my identity, and I certainly didn’t think of myself as someone with a “story” worth telling.

We started asking ourselves: Is this really how we want to spend the rest of our lives? Working jobs that take up all our time…
