Hi all. This is Pushkar.

Whenever an interviewer asks me, “Tell me about yourself”, it gives me an identity crisis because I am a man of multiple identities; isn’t everyone? This article is my attempt to introduce myself within 1000 words without making it boring.

Let’s begin. Where did it all start?

I was born and brought up in a small village in the state of Maharashtra, India. From childhood, I loved math and science. I used to perform science experiments at home, as we never had a science lab at our school. At times, this put me in trouble, too. One time, I burned a mobile charger.

I am also a very competitive person. Thanks to my brother. I must beat him at everything. Combine this with my interest in science and math, and I went for engineering.

I had my early education in the vernacular medium. For me, it was difficult to adapt to English. I struggled a bit, but in the end, I conquered the language. Here I am writing an article about it!

What do I do for a living?

The famous line from the TVF Pitchers — You have 3 options to get out of corporate life. You prepare for UPSC, go for an MBA or start your own startup. I did all three.
