Still don’t know who I am but I will get there someday
Who am I?
Sam, mum, Auntie Sam and butthead. I am one or all of those things depending on the company I am in.
Also strong-willed, honest, funny, opinionated and kind.
I am savage with my honesty but with love at the heart of it. Love the banter, having time playing with slime and fidgets (there are so many in my house I swear they are breeding). Spending time at home with family speaks to my heart.
I love with all my heart and fight fiercely for what I believe is right. Not short of an opinion or 10 also don’t ask me a question unless you want the brutal truth.
Parent to two adults (allegedly) 18 & 20 and a feisty, sassy 10-year-old pictured above.
Lover of reading since I was old enough to hold a book. Now an equal lover of writing and the freedoms of expression it gives to me. Also tattoos, I love how I can express myself through someone else’s art.
A trauma survivor, picking up some pieces, learning some lessons on the back on quite a large reality check at the start of the year.
